Are you lost about what to get the number one woman in your life? She doesn’t want to tell you what she wants. She wants you to pay attention and just know what she wants.

Well, if you don’t know what she wants, I have good news! In this list, I cover 25 categories of woman-approved fitness related gifts. That means, if you haven’t been paying attention, this list may just allow you to make it through Christmas alive.

(If you stumbled upon this list and need to buy something for him, most of these gifts will still be great options! I also have a fitness gifts for him list here.)

I’ve broken the list down into three price categories (Note: Where these items are placed on the list is based on prices at the time of writing. Prices may fluctuate.):

  • Stocking Stuffers: Under $20

  • Big but Budget Friendly: Under $100

  • All out: Over $100

Stocking Stuffers

1) Lifting Gloves

While most lifters prefer to go barehanded, some women simply don’t want to have rough, calloused hands.

2) Shaker Bottle

You can never have too many shaker bottles! A shaker bottle can also be easily customized to be an affordable and thoughtful gift. (Tip: Purchase their favorite color and put a personalized vinyl sticker on it.)

3) Preworkout Funnel

If she goes to the gym on the way to or on the way from work, it’s helpful to pack light and be quick and efficient. Being able to have a serving of her preworkout in a preworkout funnel, ready-to-go, will check all those boxes.

4) Squat Sponge

If the woman in your life wants nice glutes, she’s probably doing hip thrusts. Hip thrusts are great, but hurt like heck as the bar digs into your pelvis. Give her the gift of a squat sponge in her favorite color to solve that problem.

5) Headbands

Hair falling in your face during a workout is a major pain. Help her keep her hair back, while at the same time, adding style points to her outfit.

6) Insulated Water Bottle

Regardless of what type of fitness she’s into, she’ll need to stay hydrated. This insulated water bottle will keep her drinks cold and even comes with three types of lids! There’s even a coffee lid option if she wants to take her coffee on the go!

7) Loop Bands

Loop bands are great to use during squat warm up sets for cuing proper form or for stand-alone exercises to target the smaller muscles of the hip.

8) Ankle Strap

No booty-building regimen would be complete without glute cable kickbacks, but not all gyms have ankle straps. Even if they do, who wants to use the same smelly straps as everyone else?

9) Sports Bras

Now days, sports bras are as much about fashion as they are function. A nice, strappy sports bra will check both of those boxes. (My wife owns this one and loves it.)

Big But Budget Friendly

10) Resistance Bands

Having trained hundreds of people, one thing I’ve noticed is women are significantly more likely to prefer working out at home. Help her do just that with this set of resistance bands. (NOTE: The ankle straps listed earlier are much better than the ones in this set.)

11) Preworkout

Whether she’s dragging herself out of bed to go to the gym or working out after a long day at work, preworkout will help her make it through to the end. PEScience preworkouts aren’t filled with garbage ingredients either. You’ll only find the good stuff in there.

12) JLabs JBuds Air True Wireless Earbuds

Looking for true wireless earbuds for $50 can be pretty sketchy, but these are the exception. I can personally vouch for the quality of these earbuds. They’re comfortable, sound good, and have great call quality.

13) Versa Gripps Pro

Standard lifting straps are great, but Versa Gripps Pro are better. They’re quicker to use and there’s no need to take them off between sets.

14) Inzer 10mm Belt

If she wants to move as much weight as possible (and move it as safely as possible), she needs to be using a lifting belt. (This is a very specific gift. I’d only advise getting this if her primary goal is strength.)

15) Protein Powder

Nothing says “gains on the go” quite like a tub of protein powder. (My favorite flavor is Banana Cream and my wife’s is chocolate coconut.)

16) Combat Crunch Protein Bars

Women tend to have a harder time hitting their protein goals than men. These delicious protein bars will help.

17) Isolator Fitness Meal Bag

In my opinion, the ISOBAG is the best bag for the money. My wife and I both own one. The best part is, the bags are modular. You can add backpack straps and a duffle to make your meal bag double as a gym bag

18) Rada Knife Block Set

Nutrition is one of the most important (and overlooked) aspects of fitness. Making cooking quicker and easier by having nice, sharp knives will help ensure more meals are prepared at home and fewer meals are from the fast food line.

19) Ninja Coffee Bar

Many people use coffee as their preworkout. Even if she doesn’t… coffee. I’m pretty sure my wife has coffee running through her veins.

20) Shoes Specific To Her Fitness Activities

(NOTE: Shoes may fall in the under $100 category or over $100 category depending on the type.)

Olympic Weightlifting shoes: If she does Olympic lifting or powerlifting, the Adidas Adipower are an amazing shoe. (NOTE: not available in women’s sizes)

If you want a shoe specifically available in women’s sizes, the Reebok Women's Legacylifter would be my pick.

Cross Training Shoes: If she’s more into things like Crossfit, the women’s Nike Metcon 4 would be my choice. These would be a great choice for a general purpose gym shoe as well.

Running Shoes: If she’s a runner, I’d recommend the Nike Flex Contact 3. These are also a great general purpose shoe and are what I typically wear to the gym.

All Out

21) Adjustable Dumbbells

Adding to the “workout at home” list, a set of adjustable dumbbells is a great option. This set goes all the way from 2.5 lbs to 52.5 lbs per dumbbell, meaning they will work for her at any level of advancement.

22) Adjustable Bench

Our last “workout at home” item is an adjustable bench. This will greatly increase the number of exercise she’s able to do from the comfort of her own home. This bench even has band pegs so she can do things like resistance band bench press.

23) Jabra Elite Active 65t True Wireless Earbuds

The Jabra Elite Active 65t are the true wireless earbuds I wish I had. They’re sweat resistant, dust resistant, and have a built in accelerometer for step counting. Their design also seals the ear against outside noise. (An in-app option allows noise to pass through if you want to hear your surroundings.)

24) Smart Watch

Smart watches have many great fitness and health tracking features now. If you really want to wow the most important lady in your life, this is the way to go.

25) Fitness Care Package

If you really want to impress her, purchase a gym bag in her favorite color and fill it full of fitness goodies!

If you think none of these gifts are right for her, here are a few honorable mentions:
