Do you love oatmeal? Do you love banana pudding? If you do, you’ll love this. My wife came up with an overnight oats recipe that’s not only easy to make, but tastes like homemade banana pudding, is high in protein, and is high in fiber. The ingredients and directions are listed below!

Ingredients

Directions:

  • Pour the oats, protein powder, flax, and pudding mix in a large bowl and mix with a whisk until well incorporated

  • Pour in the almond milk (Add a splash more if it’s too thick but be careful not to make it runny.)

  • Mix up with the whisk

  • Add in the smashed banana and mix again

  • Place an air-tight lid on the bowl and place in the fridge for 3 hours or overnight

Additional Notes

The first time Traci made this, she used regular banana pudding mix (not sugar free) and also added in 3 tsp of sugar because she didn’t expect it to be very sweet. It was DELICIOUS but almost too sweet and definitely not macro-friendly.

Although this isn’t super low Calorie, it is very good and something that could be enjoyed when you’re wanting something sweet but don’t want to throw off your whole diet. If you try this recipe, let us know!
