👉Comfortably back into size 32 jeans

👉Significantly less back pain

👉Acid reflux controlled without medicine

👉Never nauseous

👉Energized and focused, energy left at the end of the day to play with Link

👉Running my own business

👉Strongest I’ve ever been

👉Confident in my appearance

Here are the 3 key things that led to my transformation:

1️⃣ Adherence

It doesn’t matter how good a workout or nutrition plan is. If you can’t stick to it for the longhaul, it doesn’t matter.

I work out 4 days per week, every week. I make my workouts enjoyable so I don’t “have to” work out. I “get to” work out.

2️⃣ Nutrition

I know what’s in my food (Calories, protein, carbs, etc). This allows me to easily eat out with my family without feeling “guilty” or “off track”.

I understand that there are no “good” or “bad” foods. A single food is just one puzzle piece within an overall diet. There should not be guilt associated with a food choice.

3️⃣ Accountability

Having a coach is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. In 2016, I hired a bodybuilding coach to help me get the fat off so I could step on stage. Even now, after 11 years of weightlifting experience, I have a powerlifting coach.

I’m accountable to someone else so if I’m ever going through a slump or finding myself going through the motions, my coach can help me get back on track.
