“I can’t afford a coach to help me lose weight.”

One of my former clients, Madison was spending over $400/mo on supplements before she came to us. She was also buying unnecessarily expensive “diet foods” at the grocery store.

This is what many people think having a coach is like.

There’s an incorrect perception out there of what it will be like to have a coach due to the prevalence of multi-level marketing diets. The thinking goes:

👉I have to pay for the coach

👉THEN I have to pay for a gym membership or a bunch of home equipment

👉THEN I have to pay for a bunch of supplements

👉THEN I have to pay for a bunch of expensive “diet foods”.

Madison wasn’t an exception. I routinely speak with people on the phone who are paying $400 - $500 per month on just supplements PLUS buying foods that are more expensive than they’d normally buy in the grocery store.

When Madison signed up, I told her to stop buying all those supplements. (The only supplements she took after signing up were a multivitamin and an occasional protein shake.) We also shared with her some budget-friendly (and time-friendly) recipes.

💰She actually ended up saving a bit of money, while losing 6 inches off her waist and 26 lbs.💪

Not only that but as of the last time I spoke with her, because of what we taught her, she’s been maintaining her weight loss and hasn’t needed to buy another program or hire another coach since.

You may be thinking, “that’s cool and all but I still can’t afford to hire someone to help me.”

The truth is, you can’t afford to NOT get help with your weight loss goals. Which of these sounds more expensive?

👉Hire a coach for 6 months to help you take control of your weight and your health.

OR

👉Continue to let your health worsen.

👉Have regular doctor visits.

👉Have regular prescriptions that need to be filled.

👉Miss work because you’re sick more often.

👉Potentially have to retire early or change jobs because you physically can’t handle your job

When it’s all said and done, you will pay for your health now or you'll pay for your health later. Which do you choose?
